Summer bread making 1 Day class at Issian Restaurant

Interested in learning how to make Japanese Bread?
We are going to make 3 of each bread at every class.

Date: 6/28 Tuesday or 8/ 3 Wednesday – ‘Anpan’
: 7/ 5 Tuesday or 8/10 Wednesday – ‘Chocolate roll’
: 7/12 Tuesday or 8/17 Wednesday – ‘Ham & Cheese roll’
: 7/26 Tuesday – ‘Hot dog roll’-hot dog wrapped with sweet Japanese bread-

Tuition : Adult $40 (including all ingredients)
: With Kids – Plus $10

Time : 10:00-12:30
Limit : 6 people

Wagashi (Japanese Sweets) making class report and Up coming class this summer

I had a teaching class at Niikei Concerns today. We learnt how to make Nerikiri at home from scratch. One of today’s students, Abigail wrote about the class on her food blog.
Her blog looks very nice We also had a Guest, Sachiko-san from My green tea Company. She showed how to make Japanese tea at home.
